Customer Review: second review
This is my second review for this product. I did not give this product a favorable review initially. Because of this, the seller contacted me and stated that I should have contacted him first. He then explained how he felt that the product was worth the money and asked that I remove my negative feedback. I have to be honest, I was offended that I was asked to remove my opinion. But in an effort to be fair, I followed up and agreed to change my feedback IF my opinion changed. This cover was purchased as a gift. Let me repeat, I am NOT a camera or camera equipment expert and I never said this was the most expensive cover. I gave the item as a Christmas present. Upon receiving the item, we realized that it came with no information or instructions either on the package or inside the package. I am still disappointed with, what I feel, is a "cheap" product. Again, I never said this was the most expensive cover, but I do feel the price was a bit much for what I received. After the gift was received we discussed my negative feed back and I asked what he thought of the product. He agreed that it did seem a bit on the "cheap" side and said he felt there should have been some information about the product included. The recipient has only been into photography for about 2 years so is also not an expert. Which is why the recipient is going to use the product and see how well it holds up and works. I am hopeful that it will prove to be a great product despite what my current opinion is! Unfortunately, I feel it necessary to keep repeating that this is MY OPINION and I am not in any way claiming to be an expert about cameras and their equipment. I do not want to hear back from the seller. While I appreciate his wanting to explain why its a good value, I do not appreciate his asking me to change my opinion. Information about the product should have been included with the packaging. I thought I had explained in my initial review that this was only my opinion.
Customer Review: Great price, great product!
I purchased your camera cover recently and I was extremely happy with it. My husband and I had taken it to Ireland for our vacation (to be used on my Canon XT.) I knew it was supposed to rain so I purchased the cover in advance and boy am I glad I did! Not only was it easy to use, the cover worked like a charm! We took some great photos we would have not been able to take without it. Thanks for making our Ireland vacation a memorable one!

The current global turmoil of economy not withstanding the Indian hospitality industry is riding on a high growth phase. This is because of more than decent growth in economy and the proactive policies initiated by the Indian Government in Travel and tourism sector.

By 2010 the Tourism ministry is expecting the domestic tourists to cross the sixty seven crore mark. Thanks to growing affluence of Indian middle class, good infrastructure in terms of road and railways this claim looks like a distinct possibility.

From the point of view of long range investments lets look at some of the positive triggers as well as concerns for the industry.

Acute Supply shortage
There is a complete mismatch of demand and supply situation due to the rapid pace of growth experienced by the Indian Hospitality sector that has far exceeded the supplies. According to the industry insiders the current demand for hotel rooms is of 2.5 lacs but there are only 1.1 lac rooms available leaving a huge shortfall. Right now major cities spanning India is experiencing high room rates and low availability of rooms.

Boost in Demand
Considering that three major sporting events are in the offing in the next few years demand for the hotel rooms is expected to show a steady curve upwards. This upward trend is led by both foreign as well as domestic tourists.
Domestic tourists as a segment can now be said to have finally "arrived" in India. With rising income and lifestyle changes domestic tourism opportunities will give an impetus to demand growth in this sector. Right now domestic travel is growing at a rate of 15 to 20 percent.

Firming up of Average Room Rents
Average room rate or ARR is an important indicator of growth. This is because it is the room rent that accounts for the major potion of revenue earned by the Hotel industry of India. Average Room Rates (ARRSs) and occupancy rates have shown a consistent increase over the major Indian cities. The reason attributed to this increasing Average Room Rates (ARRS) and occupancy is the influx of foreign tourists. In the coming days also despite the global inflationary trends industry Pundits estimate their arrival to be steady.

Concerns
Now to the flip side of the story, owing to acute shortage in supply of hotel rooms there are many big projects in the pipeline. There is sudden fear that once these projects are executed there may be a case of oversupply with considerable room additions. However the condition of the global market with liquidity crunch, high inflation et al, it would take a substantial time before these projects are fructified. As such there is no immediate threat of over supply. Though lack of Budget hotels across India especially metro cities is a worrying industry pundits.
