Getting stuck in the golf swing is a swing fault that many golfers incur. The issue is being out of sequence coming down, and not being able to get to impact in the proper position resulting in many irregular ball flights and lack of distance. Your golf swing sequence is so critical to consistency that you've got to find the root cause of why you can't get it right.
First off...the golf swing is not natural. It requires golf-specific strength and flexibility to repeat for 18 holes. If you are an out of shape golfer you will have a very difficult time executing the proper sequence to not get stuck in your golf swing.
What is "getting stuck in your golf swing?"
The most common issue with getting stuck is the lower body and upper body are out of sequence during the downswing. Either you are dropping your arms and club to far to the inside (which is a "good players" fault), or your hips are rotating too fast and the arms can't keep up.
Either way, I would strongly express you have some physical issues with your body that are not allowing you to make the correct sequence which requires a much higher level of strength and flexibility in your core area. Being able to stay coiled for a split second on the downswing as your legs and hips shift and rotate first.
This ideal movement mentioned above is physically impossible for an out of shape golfer. You can try all you want, but you will NEVER achieve the proper sequence which will correct you from getting stuck in the golf swing.
Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing, and eliminate ALL swing faults?
